Technical Program Manager, Extensibility

That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About our organization The Growth organization drives Stripe's self-serve growth engine: from a user's first interaction with Stripe through onboarding, activation, and expansion across our products. Growth focuses on building the systems and surfaces that help any user find, understand, and adopt the right set of Stripe products, regardless of how or where they start. Within Growth, the onboarding program is how new and existing users get to their first successful use of Stripe as quickly and completely as possible. A cohesive onboarding experience is critical to Stripe's ability to convert prospects, activate new products, and compete against increasingly sophisticated alternatives. Onboarding spans several interconnected surfaces: Acquisition and intent capture — first-touch experiences that match prospects to the right products and entry points. Account setup and activation — guided flows that get users live with the right integration shape. In-product discovery — contextual surfaces that help new and existing users adopt additional products over time. These surfaces are deeply interdependent, span dozens of cross-functional teams, and directly shape Stripe's new user activation and product attach rates. What you’ll do: We are seeking a product-focused Technical Program Manager to drive Stripe's onboarding programs.
